LTE signal generation in line with latest 3GPP release 8

The option is in line with the 3GPP standard release 8 and covers the physical layers of both the downlink and uplink.
Latest enhancements include the following:
- LTE Uplink signal generation
- MIMO pilot generation (one, two, or four antennas)
- Updated reference signal structures for uplink and downlink direction
The LTE option is available for the following instruments: R&S SMU200A (option R&S SMU-K55), R&S SMJ100A (option R&S SMJ-K55), R&S SMATE200A (option R&S SMATE-K55) and R&S AMU200A (option R&S AMU-K55)
